Matanga Food Truck started with a simple idea: good food shouldn't require a reservation, a dress code, or a long wait. We wanted to bring real, satisfying meals to the people of Miami — the kind of food that tastes like it was made with care, not rushed through a line.

Every dish is prepared fresh from our truck, using ingredients we're proud of. We keep the menu focused so we can do a few things really well, and we change things up with the seasons so there's always something new to try.

Our story

We started small,
but the flavor
was always big.

Matanga began as a passion project — cooking for friends, family, and anyone willing to try something new. The responses were always the same: "Where have you been all my life?" That's when we knew it was time to take it to the streets.

Today, we park at 13701 SW 88th St in Miami and serve the community with the same energy we had on day one. We listen to what people want, keep our menu honest, and treat every customer like they just walked into our kitchen — because in a way, they have.
